What if the headphones don't work or don't charge?

After receiving the earphones, remove the insulation sticker from the bottom of the earphones before placing them in the charging case.
If your headphones are not charging, wipe the charging point on the bottom of your headphones.
(How to determine if your headphones is charged? put the headphones into the charging case, the L/R icon above the charging case turns from white to yellow, indicating charging. It is always white, indicating no charging.)
If the headphones is charged properly, it still cannot be used. Please reset the headphones.
